Retro 51 Tornado Metropolitan Museum of Art Rollerball Pen & Pencil Set, V. Kandinsky
The Vasily Kandinsky Pen and Pencil set features this Russian artist's colorful abstract work from his Kleine Welten (Small Worlds) (1922) portfolio. Each writing instrument presents two bold works silk-screened with a matte finish and chrome accents.
The MET Rollerball and Pencil set is packaged in a commemorative tube complete with extra lead, erasers, and a foldout print with more information on each design, artwork, and artist. Although they are not limited editions, the top rings are engraved with The Met logo and a serial number. The Met logo is also imprinted on a matching metal top disc.
The pen is fitted with a smooth flowing rollerball refill that is retracted with its patented knurl twist-top. Utilizes the Retro 51 REF5P-B refill. The pencil activates the 1.15 mm lead with a twist of the top cap. The huge eraser on the top of the pencil is for those who make occasional mistakes. Gift packed in the Retro 51 gift tube that also doubles as a pen stand.
