When will I receive my iPenBox?

We start shipping iPenBoxes 3-5 days after the 1st of each quarter. The boxes ship by standard shipping (typically USPS First Class Package). The normal ship time to a US address is 2-5 business days. Canadian shipments can take 5-10 business days.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be immediately charged. Your first payment is processed on the first of the next quarter. From there, all active subscriptions auto-renew like a magazine and each subsequent payment is automatically charged on the 1st of every quarter. That way you'll never miss a box! If you are a new subscriber, and if the current season's box is still available, we'll send you a link in a separate email to make a one-time purchase of the current season's box.

When does each season start?

The iPenBox is charged, and ships on a seasonal (quarterly) basis each year. Payments are automatically withdrawn the first of each quarter: January 1st (winter); April 1st (spring); July 1st (summer); October 1st (fall). Sign up at any time, and you'll receive the next seasonal box. Subscribe on the 1st day of the quarter and you'll still receive the current season's box. 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you may cancel anytime during your subscription. To cancel, just log in to your subscription account or call or email us and we'll be happy to help. 

Why does my account show $0 due for the next bill?

The $0 refers to the sign up fee, monthly subscription charges, and renewal fees (the iPenBox does not have these fees). Since the iPenBox only charges on a quarterly basis (and not every month, or when you sign up), your iPenBox account will continue show $0 due every month, and $0 due the following month (even if the following month is the beginning of a new quarter). You'll receive an email a few days prior to a new quarter to remind you of the upcoming charge for your next box, then your card will be charged on the 1st of the quarter for your subscription. The quarterly charge will be based on your shipping location ($50 for US, $60 for Canada.

How long does it take to receive my iPenBox? 

iPenBoxes are shipped by USPS (usually First Class Package) and take approximately 2-5 business days for iPenBoxes shipped to US addresses, 5-10 business days to Canada. 

How much is shipping?

The shipping for the iPenBox is free for all subscribers. The price includes shipping ($50 to US addresses, $60 for Canadian addresses).

Can I combine my iPenBox with an order from iPenstore?

Unfortunately, no. The iPenBox subscription is managed through a subscription payment service, not through our regular iPenstore website, so there isn't a way to combine the shipments. 

Is my subscription account the same as my iPenstore website account?

No. Your iPenBox subscription account is managed on our subscription payment service website where your card information is securely stored. 

What can I expect in my iPenBox?

Every iPenBox will have a fountain pen and paper (notebook, journal, etc), and a fountain pen ink sample. Occasionally, some items will be limited editions, only obtained through your iPenBox subscription! 

I love the items in my iPenBox! How do I place an order for more of any of the items?

We'll include a link to the iPenstore.com page that has a deeper description of all the items in each season's iPenBox. You'll be able to purchase additional items from that page.
