Purchase with confidence knowing that if an item is defective or not as described, we offer a replacement or Money Back Guarantee as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the item. If you simply do not want the item and wish to return it, we will gladly refund the cost of the item minus the shipping fees. Refunds will be made within one business day of our receipt of the the item back from you in new, unused condition.
For all returns, please note the following:
(1) You must contact iPenstore for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. We can be reached at email@example.com or 734-253-2472.
(2) All Returns must be done withing 14 days of purchase.
(3) Ink bottles, ink cartridges, pen refills of all kinds that are open/used are NOT returnable.
(4) All returned items must be in a condition that will allow resale and must not be used. If they are used or damaged in any fashion, a refund may not be given either in full or in part.
Returning Fountain Pens
If you are unsure about the weight and feel of a fountain pen, and are considering a return - don't fill it up with ink! Instead, we recommend testing the pen by "dipping" it (submerging just the tip of the nib and feed in ink), rather than filling it completely. If you have inked a fountain pen we can still accept it as a return as long as it shows no other signs of use or wear. Remember to carefully and completely flush and clean any inked fountain pen prior to sending it back for a return. All inked returned pens may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Special Order and Closeout items
Please note that we cannot accept returns of some closeout or special order items. Contact us for more information on any particular closeout and special order items.
Return Shipping Instructions
Please include all original packaging and accessories with your item (product box, warranty paperwork, etc.) if applicable. Be sure to pack returned items carefully in a shipping box, or reinforced padded envelope to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Items shipped in a standard paper letter envelope without sufficient padding or protection will most likely be damaged or lost during transit, and may not qualify for a full refund. We highly recommend shipping returned items with tracking information.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us immediately by phone (734-253-2472) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Phone cancellations are preferred due to possible delays in email. Most orders are shipped out the next business day, however some are shipped the same day. Therefore, if you would like to cancel, please let us know immediately. If you would like to cancel an order that has already shipped, but has not yet been delivered to you, please follow our return instructions once the item is delivered, or contact us for further details. Unshipped, cancelled orders will be immediately fully refunded.

Domestic USPS First Class - Standard Shipping
Usually Takes 2-5 Business Days from date shipped. Delivery time is not guaranteed by the post office and may be delayed during peak times.
Domestic USPS Priority Mail Shipping
Usually Takes 2-3 Business Days from date shipped. Delivery time is not guaranteed by the post office and may be delayed during peak times.
Domestic USPS Express Shipping - Overnight
Usually Takes 1-2 Business Days from date shipped, depending on your location. Shipments can be tracked from the point of shipment to delivery.
Domestic Ship Tracking Information
The USPS only provides partial tracking information for 1st Class and Priority Mail, which means your package may not appear in their database until it nears its destination or until after it has been delivered. Don’t worry if you receive the following message at the USPS website when attempting to track your package:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on [date] to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
Domestic Signature Confirmation
Signature Confirmation may be required for your protection for domestic shipments valued at $250 or more and on all express mail shipments.
Domestic Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for shipments in Michigan at the rate of 6%.

We do not modify the customs form, or declare any shipment as a gift. You are responsible for any fees or taxes associated with customs, duties or taxes in your country.
International USPS First-Class Mail
No tracking or insurance available. Delivery time is not guaranteed but typically runs about 2-4 weeks to Canada and 3-4 weeks to most other countries on our 1st Class International list. Please wait 20 calendar days from shipment date but no more than 45 days after shipment date before initiating a lost package inquiry to allow for clearance through customs.
International USPS Priority Mail
Insured Global Shipping. Limited tracking information is available. Delivery usually takes about 10 business days.
International USPS Express Mail Shipping
Insured Global Shipping with tracking. Usually takes 3-5 business days. Recommended for all countries.
