Waterman Phileas Fountain Pen, Green Marble, M, Previously Owned
This 1990s pen was inspired by the around the world travels of Jules Verne's Philéas Fogg. Waterman's Philéas - a writing instrument as worldly and inventive as Mr. Fogg himself. Cleverly merging contemporary lines with retro touches.
The famous Waterman Phileas pen, here in a green molten marble pattern. These are some of the most reliable Waterman pens, great everyday pens, high quality build and difficult to damage even if dropped. The pen is very thick, the green plastic is at least 1mm thick, and the gold plated stainless steel trimmings are placed just on the right places to make the pen as tough as possible. The pen is also relatively heavy compared to other plastic pens due to the front metal section and brass insert in the top section. The pen also features a special spring clip, where unlike other clips that bend, this one does not, rather the clip is suspended on a spring inside that cap that allows the clip to move up and down. The pen is well balanced, with a nice feel in the hand as it is a quite thick pen.
No box. Waterman converter for bottled ink included.
